What I know about these things could be written on the back of a postage stamp!</p> <p>I've taken a look at the Smashwords site and from what I've read so far it seems to offer what I need.</p> <p>Does anyone here have experience of Smashwords - either as a writer or a reader? It has to be simple for me to create and a file that cannot be tampered with (for instance, no one can download the file, erase my name and hawk it as their own work). I was thinking .pdf, but iPhones and ebook readers don't really use that, or so I'm under that impression. No more feed, for one thing.</p> <p>It seems like a logical next step would be creating an eBook version and trying to sell CD's and downloads.</p> <p>We're looking at that, with some innovations, but it's not as easy as it looks, especially with a non-sequential book like ours. How to you re-create a tag cloud in an ebook. (we're working on it)</p> <p>But for normal chaptered books, it seems almost inevitable.</p> <p>How many have done this, or are looking at it? And how did/are you approaching it? </p>
