2015 April Fools Master List

Welcome to Web Fiction Guide, an amazing resource for finding Serial Fiction online! If you're here it's likely because of one of our April Fool's Day Swaps! Look below for the full guide to each of our Swapped Stories!

http://inmydaydreams.com/?p=5506 Legion of Nothing is written today by Gregory Taylor, who took a walk in the dark side of Time Travel.

https://villainousintent.wordpress.com/2015/04/01/exception-aftermath-3/ World Domination in Retrospect was written by Alexander Hollins, due to a horrible horrible mistake, and asks if you'd be my, could you be my?

http://www.drewhayesnovels.com/recent/75a Corpies is written by Syphax, and features the old lady Josie, you know, Josie, who talks to angels and lives in the Brewster Motel, out by the old car lot.

http://fooled-story.blogspot.com/2015/04/chapter-10-part-2.html Fooled! is written today by Jim Zoetway of Legion of Nothing, in which Marco adds some more songs to his foolish repertoire

https://anathemaserial.wordpress.com/2015/04/01/7-9-interlude/ Anathema is written today by Hayley Greenhalgh of Caelum Lex. Radiant gets his turn as a space oddity, or, when tech support goes horribly wrong.

https://futurepastserial.wordpress.com/2015/04/01/interlude/ Future-Past today is written by SnowyMystic who writes assorted flash fiction stories. The Death Squad gets together to discuss a new direction.

https://stoneburners.wordpress.com/2015/03/31/loaded/ Stoneburners is written today by Billy Higgins of Future-Past, and we find out just what Overlord wants to be lord over.

https://umbrawebserial.wordpress.com/2015/04/01/arc-iii-chapter-0/ Umbra is written by by Chad Haakenson of The Monster They Deserve Today, in which the ship you all have been raising sails on finally leaves harbor.

http://www.caelum-lex.com/2015/04/01/chapter-18-bonus-professor/ Caelum Lex is written (and I use the term loosely) by Drew Hayes, writer of Super Powereds and Corpies. Just sit right back, and you'll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip!

http://www.elconic.com/2015/04/kaytelen-and-the-palace-of-delight/ Fabled Hearts, the collected flash fiction of SnowyMystic, has a brief interlude written today by Nina Santucci of Fooled!. Banquet meal? I'd hit it.

https://mathtans.wordpress.com/2015/04/01/2-17-simons-travels/ Simon's travels is written today by Rachel Flowers of Tapestry. I'm... not sure whats going on here, but math is involved, at least tangentially.

http://cmh-fiction.com/original-stories/the-monster-they-deserve/tmtd-chapter-16/ The Monster they Deserve is written today by Chrysalis of Anathema, in which some well deserved vacation time is forced. It's a Magical Place!

https://unillustrated.wordpress.com/ha/ Citadel is punked out today by the Psycho Gecko, normally writer of Word Domination in Retrospect, as we get a touch of awesome, touched by awesome, and a dance party gone horribly wrong.

The one on my site will be moving to a new link after a couple days, but I intend to leave it up indefinitely.

Housekeeping! (With 16 entries, you gotta figure there's a glitch or two.)

    Via Fiona's remark:
http://wysteriaclimbing.com/tapestry/2015/04/01/a-strange-day/ : "Tapestry" written on Apr 1 by Unillustrated. Not a journal invasion?
http://thedreamingwebserial.wordpress.com/2015/04/01/2-3-sam/ : "The Dreaming" written on Apr 1 by Alex Davidson. The washing ritual?
http://shinynewjustice.wordpress.com/2015/03/31/be-not-afraid-7-d/ : "Sins of the Father" written on Apr 1 by Tieshaunn Tanner. Insights on death?

    Updated links:
    Corpies link is now: http://www.drewhayesnovels.com/blog/75a
    Umbra link is now: http://umbrawebserial.wordpress.com/2015/04/02/april-fools/
(and Oniwasabi already updated The Monster They Deserve link, above)

Also, "Tapestry" seems to be written by Lucy Weaver; I've updated my post. And for the "Sins of the Father" link area, while it seems Tieshaunn does write "Brennus" the April Fools entry was for his "The Dreaming"... if anyone knows 'Underwhelming Force', they might want to advise him to update his link.

Incidentally! I wrote a post about the process of writing the "April Fool" entry for "Legion of Nothing". (I'm the Gregory Taylor mentioned above.) It's on my personal blog:

Just in case any fans of Jim's serial were curious, or in case anyone else was wondering how much thought they DON'T NEED to put into something like this, because I may have overdone it. (FYI, there are spoilers for my entry, in case you wanted to read that first.)
