A forum for blog novelists, ebookers, podcasters, etc

This is a very cool forum, and WFC is our hero.

But we'd like to mention another forum, just starting up, that is the only other place we've seen on the web where blog noveling, twitterature, podcasts, ebooks, and video poems are being discussed.
It's new and empty, but there are already some people there who know a lot about this stuff. (Us, for instance :-) and their plans are to let it grow for a week or two, then invite in pro writers and publishers in these fields.

It's a quick, easy sign-up and I'd really suggest that anybody posting here would also find it worthwhile to keep a toe in over there.

(Not our site, by the way...we just want to help spread the word)

Big forum is big. There are way too many sub-forums!! When the majority of a forum is made up of sub-forums that contain little activity, my first impression is RUN AWAY.

Better to have a handful of busy sections that a wide variety that are rarely used. You could easily condense that forum down and make it more inviting.

Well, yeah, but see it's not our forum.
And it pre-existed a bunch of online writers going in there and selling them on the New Media forum bit.

So it's really about the only place on the web to talk about ebooks, online lit, podcasts, video poems, etc. And that subforum is like a week old. It will grow. You could help that by signing up and posting a link to showcase your blog novel...and get a free link and listing.

EWR was chosen BECAUSE it's new and empty. What was wanted was for the New Media forum to become the big show and wag the dog...the rest of that stuff you can get anywhere on older, established writer forums.

One thing, you can click beside the names of sections on the colored bar and "collapse" or hide all the other sections.

You want a place to discuss what you're doing, that's the coming thing. You can benefit and contribute if you wish.

You know, I'd be interested in trying the place out -- except it won't let me register, informing me that I am 'Spam'.

Helpfully, there is no way to contact the administrators about any issues. I'm impressed.

Well that's a new one. A dozen people signed up there over the last few days and had no trouble. I'll ask the forum owner about it.

Say, that is one gorgeous site you have there. damn! Did you design that and the graphics for that Mount and Blade game? Impressive as hell.

Heh, thanks, but I'm not much a graphics guy. I've done a few of the bits myself, but a very talented friend of mine coded the site and did most of the artwork.

As for M&B, I just did a bunch of writing and quest design for it, although I also made some famous mods for it way back in the day. :P
