    If you didn't see it yet, episode 05 on WeSeWriMo and writing marathons, with Kira Lerner (of Epiguide) as guest, is live!

    Remember, everyone, we're also looking for readers, too - so if you'd like to read someone else's work or your own, get in touch!

    @Sarah It should be fine. I'll submit the reading details to Fes (producer) and see what he says.

    @Sayer Thanks, added!

    Yeah, that actually sounds pretty exiting, both for the reading and the postcast. I'm open for just about anything.

    My stuff is a serial, but I do have some prequels and stand alone chapters in the mix.

    We are set up for podcasts already so I wouldn't need any extra gear.

    Men who are men. Women who like it. Cowboy boots. Fights. Romance. Obscenely expensive postage.

    AM - I enjoyed listening to Nina's guest spot (the marketing person from Wattpad). I'm going to make an oddball suggestion and one that might seem pretty out there (but as a relatively new member to this community here figure I Might as well be the oddball). I wondered if you might actually approach some of the popular authors in Wattpad and see if they'd be receptive to having their story read or be interviewed on a future podcast.

    I say that only because I think if they plug their appearance elsewhere you might find the podcast in a position to bring a much younger base over to listen to the podcast.

    Never did make it back to comment on the specific podcast, but I was struck by the orders of magnitude difference in terms of readers at Wattpad versus what I have observed by looking at data from Project Wonderful at some of the established stories with a long history. Anyways, thought they'd be a really good platform to experiment cross-pollination with...

    @Regina If you can find an excerpt of your work that would work well for a reading, just drop all the details here and I'll send it over to our producer. :-)

    @SgL You know, that's a great idea. I'm going to ping Nina about maybe getting a post up on Wattpad about it!

    I've been bad (and busy) and not keeping track of this, so I only just realised that you'd used my excerpt in the most recent podcast. I'll have to have a listen to it later, but until then, thank you very much!

    Your podcast is very interesting. I do consider looking in our novel for something standalone enough to be read this way. I do have a few ideas but I don't want to send anything that is not published yet. :P

    I will keep an eye on your podcast and send something when I will feel it's ready. :)

    Have a nice day,

    Bumping this thread!

    We now have a NEW way to get featured... We are going to be running semi-regular mini news episodes (newscasts)... Shorter than a normal podcast, just providing general news on the community etc.

    First one is due to be recorded this month. So if you have any news for end of July/August, please let me know by email!
