How do I review stories?

Hi everyone,

I've been beefing up on my webfiction reading and, in the hopes of generating some reviewer karma, thought I might write reviews of some of the stories I've been reading. However, I can't figure out how to write a review... ?

Am I missing some really obvious portion of the site? Or are only editors allowed to write reviews?

    Hi Lizzy,

    When you are logged in, the review form is on the bottom of every listing.
