Hello *waves* I'm Sandra and am rather new to online writing but am jumping into the deep end, taking all your wonderful advice and now setting up my first serialized novel, "Not with a Bang" to be launched on the 5th of July. Right now I'm working on the buffer trying to get at least a month ahead for weekly postings.
Oh and some extra strong coffee would go a treat with those cookies :D
First Serialized Web Novel - Not with a Bang This is how the world ends...
Hello all! I'm Scribbler. Just about a month ago, I launched my first serial novel, and this site's directory was one of the places I listed it with right off the bat. A month in, and it's gotten me the most hits out of any of my links, so I decided to browse the site a little more to see how/if I could get more involved; and of course, that's when I figured out that I'd totally missed joining up with the forum on my first time through!
**Whoops, meant to say half a month. Dang, no editing posts... I'll have to remember to check what I write before I hit post, I'm usually so bad about that sort of thing!
@Sandra: I was just taking a look at your site. You've got a great setup going on there! Can't say so much until the first chapter's out, but what you've got so far has definitely made me curious as to what's to come. I'll be looking forward to the launch!
Hey scribbler and thanks - I took a looksie at yours too and it looks great, gothic but short of emo I think it works well with the story. Wasn't sure about the background at first (it's often hard to read text written over artwork) but with that dark blue transparent wrap it's not an issue. Really enjoying the story so far as well :)

Come to think about it, I don't list my site at WFG yet too. Perhaps I'll submit it when I start my second novel.
