Summary help?

I just finished the first draft of Henry Rider: Clown Hunter. I'm going to start editing tomorrow, but for now I'm working on the summary. What do you guys think?

Henrietta “Henry” Rider eats laughter, has naturally blue hair, and spends her nights hunting evil clowns with a magic ping pong paddle. Part of an ancient race of interdimensional beings who feed on emotion, it’s Henry’s job to guard the human world from the maiams, monsters that steal laughter and kill their victims–and hopefully have time to do her homework afterwards. But her world is turned upside down when she discovers Ethan, a boy with a veritable treasure trove of laughter trapped in him, and is forced to take him under her wing…even if he’s a colossal jerk. Evil forces even worse than the maiams have their sights on Ethan, and his laughter could either end up saving the entire klaon world, or dooming it. It’s up to Henry to uncover the conspiracy, no matter what…or who… is behind it.

Reaction: it is comprehensible, interesting enough to draw this reader, and perhaps a tad over the top in the "deliberately weird" category. Also reaction: if I had a clown phobia, I'd probably steer clear. Also also reaction: if I had a clown phobia, and didn't get the memo about clowns and thus actually read through to the point with said clowns, I'd probably get fairly salty about the kink in the reading rope. Generally serviceable in telling the audience who's involved and what awaits them without giving overly much away.

If you've a dislike for lengthy names, I'm so sorry.
