Favorite manga... As Sharkerbob said, I love Berserk to bits. It's a wonderfully grimdark world with wonderfully crafted characters who never get old. The length of time between new chapters once you get caught up is a major downside, but it's always well worth the wait.

Tokyo Ghoul is also pretty swell. It covers a lot of tropes that I really love and rarely fails to deliver. Gee, I wonder...

Maybe I'm just a sucker for dark, tragic stories?

    That's probably it!

If you are a web serial fan or a web serial writer, you gotta read Qualia the Purple, which is some really great stuff and only 18 chapters long. I can't spoil much about it so it's best to go in blind.

Sorry boss, but there's only two men I trust. One of them's me. The other's not you.

An interesting animal called ‘32 Kick-Up ought to get a gander from people who like DBZ and Naruto and over-the-top fightin’ cartoons.
Basically, take really early Mickey Mouse art and use it to storyboard a Prohibition-era Chicago where beating someone halfway to paste is basically an inevitability, complete with kanji sound effects.
The visual style isn’t exactly manga, but it couldn’t be more manga at soul if it tried.

Also, this Qualia the Purple stuff is not quite what was expected.

If you've a head for holistic science fantasy, the Library may oblige: https://www.thomas-generalized-recountings-library.com
If you've a dislike for lengthy names, I'm so sorry.
